Hole #3

This medium length par 5 has a lot of character. The tee shot must avoid the bunker on the left and the creek on the right, setting up a second shot to a narrow landing area.

Hole #4

Don’t let the yardage fool you, this is a difficult par 4. After a tee shot to a narrow landing area, the second shot must have pinpoint accuracy to find the long, narrow green.

Hole #5

This short, downhill par 3 requires a precise tee shot. The wind is a definite factor when trying to hit the green, framed by bunkers.

Hole #6

You will need your Sunday best for this long, challenging par 4. After avoiding the water on the left and the bunker on the right, get your yardage straight and hit it as close to the hole as you can on this difficult green.

Hole #7

This is the most difficult par 3 at Bradshaw Farm. The tee shot must carry the creek. You can use the slope on the right to find this wide but shallow green.

Hole #8

An errant tee shot will erase your chance to reach this short par 5 in two. Once in the fairway, avoid the left side of the green on your approach to set up a birdie.

Hole #9

This slight dogleg left par 4 completes the Blue Nine. Avoid the bunkers off the tee for a short to mid-iron approach to one of the most challenging greens on the course. Stay below the pin to end your day with a par.

Hole #1

On this downhill par 4, an ideal tee shot will find the right center of the fairway. The tricky approach shot is to a two-tiered green fronted by a stream, so your yardage must be accurate.

X
1

Hole #2

“Let the big dog eat” from this tee to the right side of the fairway. Take advantage of this par 5, it is a definite birdie hole. Don’t be long with your approach shot.

X
2

Hole #3

A tee shot down the right side is ideal. The right-to-left slope will bring your ball back to the fairway. Check the wind before striking your approach shot, having accurate yardage and playing the correct club is critical.

X
3

Hole #4

This is a long, tough par 3. The water on the left is in play. A ridge crosses the green between the bunkers, cutting it in half.

X
4

Hole #5

The conservative play is a tee shot to the left side of this narrow fairway, leaving a mid-iron approach. You can shorten the hole by a few yards by carrying the waste bunker on the right, leaving a short iron to a small, undulating green.

X
5

Hole #6

This relatively short par 3 features a well bunkered green, but it is not a difficult hole. Watch the wind and since you play from an elevated tee, be sure to double check the yardage.

X
6

Hole #7

This is a definite three-shot par 5. A well placed drive down the left side will open up a lay-up to the 100-yard marker. The long green can create problems on the approach. Watch for the creek that fronts the green.

X
7

Hole #8

On this long, uphill par 4, the ideal tee shot is up the right side. From there you will have an open shot to a two-tiered green. Take an extra club on your approach.

X

Hole #9

This short, challenging finishing hole features a split fairway. Reaching the short grass from the tee is only half the job. You need to keep the approach below the hole to avoid a tough putt on this tricky green.

Hole #1

On this scenic downhill par 4, stick to the right side of the fairway to avoid a large bunker and an out-of-bounds on the left. Your second shot must carry a small stream 50 yards in front of a green guarded by bunkers on both sides.

Hole #2

Bunkers border the fairway on this uphill dogleg right, par 5. An ideal tee shot will favor the left side, avoiding out-of-bounds on the right. Long hitters can reach in two. Be sure to note the pin position on this two-tiered green guarded by deep mounds in the right rough.

Hole #3

Out-of-bounds borders the fairway on this short, downhill par 4. Play your tee shot to the upper or lower landing areas. Cutting the corner will leave you in high rough or out-of-bounds. The downhill second shot is to a green guarded by bunkers. Beyond the green is a heavily wooded area.

Hole #4

This short, uphill, par 4 turns slightly to the right. The hill on the right side will push shots back into the fairway on the left, just be sure to avoid the bunker that marks the inside of the dogleg. Three bunkers guard this narrow, kidney-shaped, two-tiered green.

Hole #5

On this short, straightaway par 3, your tee shot is over a ravine to a level green.

Hole #6

An ideal tee shot on this downhill, dogleg left par 4 will land at the 150-yard marker. Long hitters may drive over the trees to the lower landing area. Out-of-bounds guards the left side. Approach shots must carry the stream again. Two bunkers protect the right side of this two-tiered green.

Hole #7

The long par 5 bends slightly to the right. Tee shots to the left side avoid the bunker on the right. The slope on the left will push shots back into the fairway. Long hitters can reach the two-tiered, well bunkered green in two. A hidden stream follows the right side of the hole.

Hole #8

This par 3 over the lake is our Signature Hole. Bunkers guard the front right, front left and back right sections of the green. Check the pin placement on this undulating green before your tee shot. Try to stay below the hole.

Hole #9

Out-of-bounds protects both sides of this classic finishing par 4. Play your tee shot to the 150-yard marker down the right center of the right-to-left sloping fairway. The second shot must carry a stream to an elevated green guarded by deep bunkers on the right. Play safely to the green’s left side.

Golf at The Golf Club at Bradshaw Farm

Bradshaw Farm’s original 18 holes, the Red and White courses, was designed by Michael O’Shea in 1995 and play more like target golf than the newer 9-hole links-style course, designed by Greg Wenzel. The White/Blue combination measures the longest at 6,936 yards with a par 72. Combined, the 27-hole course features dramatic elevation changes, including a 100-foot drop-off from the first and tenth tees, sweeping views from each tee box across Bermuda grass fairways, and challenging, hilly greens. Rated as one of the “Top 10 New Public Courses in Georgia” by the Atlanta Journal Constitution, with the signature Red eighth hole, a par 3 over a formidable water hazard, Bradshaw Farm has earned its reputation as one of the most challenging golf courses in the area.
